2 Week 
Challenges

You don’t need a gym to get fit! Every workout in this two-week training plan, from strength training to cardio, can be done at home. We recommend having medium-weight dumbbells, kettlebell, stability ball & bands on hand for a few workouts, but if you don't have equipment, the workouts will still be beneficial. Get ready to dedicate two weeks to yourself as you jump-start your fitness life. Let's do this!

There are Six 2 Week Challenges starting January 16-April 7. You can sign up for ONE or all SIX. Each Challenge will be designed to help tone & strengthen your muscles and help you lose weight. All levels of Fitness will be able to do the workouts. I will show you modifications during the workouts. Each Challenge will be Monday-Friday with LIVE workouts and pre-recorded workouts. 

 

There will be a private facebook page to help motivate you and keep you accountable. I will be using that page to go LIVE everyday for the workouts. After you sign up for a challenge, I will send you an invite to the facebook page.   

January 16-27: Arms 

January 30- Feb 10: Legs

February 13-24: KettleBell

February 27- March 10: Stability Ball

March 13-24: Cardio

March 27- April 7: Down to the CORE
